Questions
- How many rounds does a round robin take?
- With an even number of entrants, one fewer round than entrants (6 entrants: 5 rounds). With an odd number, as many rounds as entrants, because one sits out each round.
- How many matches is that?
- Every pair meets once, so n × (n − 1) ÷ 2 matches: 4 entrants play 6, 6 play 15, and 8 play 28.
- Is it really free?
- Yes. Make and print one bracket at a time with no account and nothing to pay. Nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere.
- What if I need more than 8, or live scores?
- Run it on BracketBoard with a free account: brackets up to 64, a public link that updates live as you enter scores, and an On-Deck board for the venue. Standard-size events are free.
