How to run, score, and follow a tournament on BracketBoard.
Run a tournament end-to-end: create the event, add divisions and participants, pay, share the public link, and score the day.
On the manage page, open Add Weight Class. Pick a preset (NFHS, NCAA, UWW for folkstyle and freestyle) to add a full set in one click, or create a custom weight class by name. Bracket size can be 4–64.

Inside each weight class, use the bulk entry panel to type rows manually or paste from a spreadsheet. CSV upload supports name, team, and seed columns. Seeds are optional — leave blank to auto-seed.
You can mark any participant as DQ or injured from the participants page. Their match cards will display the badge.

When you're ready, click Pay & Activate on the manage page to flip the tournament from draft to active. Stripe handles checkout; you'll land back on the manage page once the webhook confirms payment.

Use the Copy Link button on the manage page (or any tournament header) to grab the public URL — /t/your-slug. Share it with coaches, parents, and athletes. No login required for spectators.

Delegating scoring? On the manage page, open the Mat workers panel and invite one worker per mat — enter their name, email, and pick a mat. They'll get a sign-in link in their inbox; once they accept, they can enter scores for matches on their assigned mat.
Each mat gets one worker; one worker per mat. You can resend the link, reassign their mat, or remove them at any time. See the Workers tab above for what they see on their side.

From the weight class page, open the mat picker to assign matches to mats. As scores come in, save them on each match card — winners auto-advance to the next round automatically.
