How to run, score, and follow a tournament on BracketBoard.
Run a tennis event end to end: create it, add divisions and players, share the public link, and score the day.
On your dashboard, click Create and choose a tournament. The first step asks for the name, sport, Level, location, dates, and number of courts.
The Levelsets each division's default scoring: Club / League (USTA) plays best of 3 with a 10-point tiebreak instead of a third set, College best of 3 (doubles one set to 6), Open best of 3 full sets, and Grand Slam best of 5.

Click Add Bracket, choose Custom Bracket, and name the division — one per skill level, age group, or format. Pick Singles or Doubles. Scoring starts on the Level default; choose Custom for this division to give it its own.
Each bracket is single elimination, double elimination, or a round robin.

For each division, paste rows from a spreadsheet, upload a CSV, or type them in. A doubles entry takes both players: player1, player2, team. A singles entry is name, team.
Seed assignment is Standard (seed = the order listed), Random, or Custom (drag anyone onto any bracket slot).

The last step previews every bracket exactly as it will be created, byes included. Click Generate to create them and make the event live. Standard-size events are free — see pricing for when a larger one pays.

Click Shareto copy the public link, or send it by text or email. Spectators don't need an account. On-Deck Board opens a screen for the venue TV showing what's next on each court.

Open Court Workers and invite one worker per court by name and email. They get a sign-in link and can score only their own court — see the Workers tab. With a single court, every division goes on it automatically.

Click a match card. After each set, enter it and click Save sets so far — the card turns amber and spectators see the score live. When the match is decided, click Save result.
A 7-6 set takes the tiebreak points too, shown as 7-6(5). A retirement, walkover, or default is recorded under Result. Winners advance automatically.
